Implementing a new software system might seem a bit daunting but with our structured approach, following industry de-facto standard Prince 2 methodology – we ensure that all aspects of your project are carefully controlled, minimising the impact to your organisation.

Our Project Managers are all certified Prince 2 Practitioners, and are given the authority to manage the project on a day to day basis, ensuring the project is delivered to the agreed scope and design.

Our Product Management follows six steps

Step 1: Definition

The project definition step determines the scope of the project, assigns responsibilities and creates the structure needed to successfully complete the implementation.

  • Determining how the project will be administered.

Step 2: Training

Proper training is the only way for your project team to gain the necessary understanding of the capabilities of the software.

  • Developing and communication the training plan within your organisation
  • Scheduling your candidates to attend the appropriate training courses without impacting the implementation project

Step 3: Project Planning

Effective planning is critical for the effective project managing of your solution, and the design and planning stage provides all members of staff involved in the project with relevant information on:

  •  A detailed project design document
  • Time purchased and time used
  • Planned actions
  • Completed actions
  • Planned consultancy
  • Completed consultancy
  • The next action(s)

Step 4: Project Delivery

Using the documented design we configure your system to deliver the agreed functional requirements. We develop custom solutions as required, import data, work with you to plan security as well as training end users as needed.  Finally, we conduct a project review to ensure that the system is ready for live processing and that all implementation objectives have been met.

Step 5 Go Live

Most of the heavy lifting will be done by this stage, and the task is now to manage the process of introducing the solution into daily use.

  • Project team members revert to their previous responsibilities
  • Users take on the day-to-day processing of the system
  • The Sunrise Customer Support Desk assumes the day-to-day support for your Sunrise product

Step 6: Continuous Improvement

Following your successful roll-out to your business, we don't stop there.  Regular meetings will be scheduled, and reviews carried out, to discover how we can enhance your implementation and further increase the value of your investment.
