Centralising Services

Centralisation projects built around the service desk are becoming increasingly popular as organisations look to maximise service, improve data management and make genuine cost savings.

Sunrise has helped a number of organisations centralise their services; ranging from those who have centralised numerous IT service desk sites into one, to customers who have centralised several of their IT functions.

For instance, the UK's largest NHS site, Surrey HIS, which supports 25,000 NHS end users, has used Sostenuto to consolidate 11 desks from different sites into just one site. Other customers like Explore and Anglian Water have centralised their IT functions, for instance Explore are using Sostenuto to manage both their IT service desk and their IT development projects.
