Training Overview

The Sunrise Training Department offers a range of training courses for Sostenuto and Enterprise customers.

We cover all levels of training for help desk personnel such as user, administrator and management level training.

In addition to specific product training we also offer 'soft' courses, for instance a 'service skills day' designed to improve telephone service to your customers. Please see our course descriptions page for more detailed information or use our booking form to place an order for training.
