Introducing Sostenuto 4.0
Sostenuto’s integration framework now supports Representational State Transfer (REST), a modern architectural style for the design and integration of distributed web applications, which will allow your service desk to be linked to external social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Skype, Salesforce.com Chatter, as well as common ERP, financial systems, and other critical business applications, extending service management capabilities across the enterprise.
When Sostenuto is used in conjunction with other enterprise service management tools, the combined and fully integrated offering becomes the very cornerstone to successfully implementing IT processes and other service improvement programs across an organisation. Using industry standard technologies, application integrations can be achieved allowing Sostenuto to sit at the heart of your service management eco-system.

Themes
To further enhance the user experience, the Sostenuto interface now features the ability for users to select a user interface “theme”, featuring newly designed graphics, icons and colour schemes. This provides a fresh new look while retaining the original flexibility of the Sostenuto application.

Account/Group Fields
Sostenuto now features the ability to create new fields that are able to reference Account and Group information, allowing multi-owner process assignments to be recorded where there are several stakeholders requiring accountability and visibility.
Named Licences
To complement the existing concurrent licence model, Sostenuto licences are now also available as “named” licences. This ensures that service desk staff requiring guaranteed access to Sostenuto can have a dedicated licence allocated to them from the existing pool of available licences.
Using a combination of both “Named” and “Concurrent” licencing, customers can implement the right licensing model for their organisation and service desk structure.
