Chameleon is a fully browser based portal, offering a point of interaction with our fully browser-based ITIL service desk solution Sostenuto which can be customised for every member of staff, partner, 3rd party or end user, either office based or off-site.

Because it is built on HTML, Chameleon blends in with your corporate web site offering end users a simple way to log calls, track the status of issues and consult the knowledge base to fix issues for themselves. As well as reducing the workload of your support operation, because end-user input is managed in a structured and process-orientated way by Sostenuto, you can be assured that your records are kept accurate. For off-site staff, such as field engineers or management working from an off-site laptop, access to the system can be as complete as if they were in the office.
