Sostenuto 3.7
We are pleased to announce the release of Sostenuto 3.7, a functionality release for both the Sostenuto and Iguana (1.1) self service portal.
What’s new in Sostenuto?
Enhanced attachment storage and the ability to attach files to emails sent from within Sostenuto are the changes that the end user will see within Sostenuto, along with the ability to resize screens to make the use of the screen ‘real-estate’ available.

The administrators have not been forgotten in Sostenuto 3.7! With the ability to search on configuration building blocks such as rules and filter a major enhancement, enabling you to build and maintain your complex service processes quickly.
Sostenuto 3.7 also allows integration with SQL Server reporting services, which can be delivered by the Sunrise Professional Services team.
What’s new in Iguana?
Enhancements have been made to Iguana to increase the usability of the portal for both complex technical deployments and simple end user access.
Security functionality has been increased to allow the administrator to revoke the rights of Widgets for users of the portal, allowing a simpler interface to be displayed.
The display of operation and field information has also been refined, with the current service options being escalated to the top of the operation bar for ease of access. Together with the ability to display up to 4 columns of fields per detail screen and the key field display in the summary widget, the information is provided to the user in a simpler fashion that minimises the usage of scroll bars.
