Sostenuto Configuration Service
Once Sostenuto has been installed and running for a period of time it is important to review the configuration against current business requirements. When these change, Sostenuto should be reconfigured to fit those needs. This service provides the client with the ability to keep developing Sostenuto in line with business demands.
Service Overview
In order to estimate the amount of time needed to make the required changes to the system, an overview of the requirements should be provided to Sunrise in advance of an order.

| Provide documentation | A brief description of each change and its impact will be provided to the customer. The technical consultant will take a copy of the modified database away with him. |
A copy of the database will be stored at Sunrise so that it is available for supporting the client going forward. |

Complex configuration areas covered by this service
Please note that due to the need for system downtime, complex changes need to be planned in advance of any site visit. It must be understood that in order to complete the complex configuration there will be an amount of downtime during the configuration.
