Sunrise is recognised in the industry for providing outstanding levels of support to our clients: trained support professionals man the Sunrise Client Service Desk and our customers can expect the very best support service each and every time they contact us.
The Client Service Desk is available during business hours to answer our customers' questions by email, on the telephone or through our web portal Chameleon. Every tenth customer that logs a call is sent a short survey to ensure we maintain our high level of service. The below graph shows the feedback received from customers in July 2009.
